Shipping and Returns Policy

Dispatch

Your order will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, to the neighboring countries Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg the shipping costs are €6 and to the other European countries €8.

We currently do not deliver outside the EU.

Products are shipped with track and trace. If the package does not arrive, is lost or is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via welkom@silkappeal.nl or via the contact form on our website.

Return conditions

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. If you return an item, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The article is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
  • The item is provided with original tags, tags and/or cards.
  • The item is (if possible) in the original undamaged packaging.
  • The item is unworn and unwashed.

How can I return my order?

Send an email to welkom@silkappeal.nl to return your item. Please include your name and address, which item you are returning and the date on which you received it. We are happy if you tell us the reason for your return, but you are not obliged to do so.

How much time do I have to return my order?

You have a 30-day cooling-off period after receiving your package. Once you have registered the return, you have another 14 days to return your package.

I tried on the clothes, is that allowed?

Of course you can try on the products you receive. Make sure you don't wear them. If we see damage or wear that shows more than just reviewing the product, we will not return your payment.

What are the costs for returning my order?

The costs depend on the carrier you choose. The costs for returning are at your expense and depend on the carrier of your choice. Make sure to always send your package with track and trace. Otherwise in case of loss of your package, we are not able to refund your money!

What happens once I return my order?

Once your package has reached the supplier, you will be kept informed of the returns process. We will notify you when the return package arrives to us, when we will process the package and when you will receive your money back. Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within 14 days.

How long does it take before I get my purchase price back?

As soon as we have received your return package, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days. The amount will be credited back to the account you used when purchasing the item.
